Watch your practice grow with stats for the number of sessions you've completed, minutes spent in the app, and minutes spent meditating.

Notifications and reminders
Set your preferences by opting in to Moment, Daily Quote, and Meditation Reminder notifications, and select the time range during which notifications will appear, making the Waking Up app supportive rather than intrusive.
