Peek inside

Deepen your practice by applying nondual insight to everyday life with discussions about self-transcendence, mindfulness in parenting, work, and relationships, and interpretations of concepts like Looking for the Looker and The Headless Way.

Help if you're just not getting it at all

Does anyone feel as if they are listening, practising, enjoying - but simply not getting non-duality/having no head/the illusory nature of the self? Alternatively, can anyone help?

Roadmaps for when life falls apart after stabilizing non-dual perception

Can anyone point me toward resources, discussions, etc. that speak to this experience I'm describing? I've listened to Adyashanti's The End of Your World twice, and that's probably been the most helpful. It was a reassuring roadmap and would love more resources that hit upon what I'm describing from different angles.

Overcoming and finding acceptance in heartbreak and loss

I thought I'd made pretty good progress in the last months finding acceptance, but finding out she's happy and in a relationship with someone else really feels like it reset the progress and I just feel so broken right now. I want her to be happy and be in the relationship she wants to be in, which I realise is not with me, but the coldness and the quietness she's shown towards me and what we had , it feels so rejecting and unkind towards what we had.

Mindful parenting and taking care of kids

I became a father a bit over a year ago and currently trying to establish a regular practice again in my life. My practice suffered quite a bit since the birth as we quickly after went through quite some turbulent times. During this time I tried to apply „at least“ the lesson of being present in every day life as much as possible and appreciate the little things…

How do you treat loneliness during this journey?

This path we are walking, the path to wake up, often feels to me like a lonely one. Right now I'm at a state where I've had some insights and felt how the world could be different (better maybe?). But every person I talk to about my ideas doesn't understand what I'm talking about. This makes me feel lonely and depressed sometimes.

Do you also feel a pull towards nature as your awareness increases?

As the clarity with which I witness my own experience unfold increases over the last four years, I also feel an ever stronger pull towards simply being in nature. I feel like I am more sensitive to the unconscious behavior which is so prevalent in big cities…
