John Astin

John Astin is a meditation teacher, musician, and the author of five books exploring the nature of experience, including his most recent title In Every Wave, the Entirety of the Sea. He holds a Ph.D in health psychology and is a professor of counseling and clinical psychology at Santa Clara and Notre Dame de Namur Universities.
