Douglas Harding

Douglas Harding (1909–2007) was an English philosopher and spiritual teacher. He authored numerous books, including On Having No Head: Zen and the Rediscovery of the Obvious, which describes simple techniques he invented for readers to experience the nonduality of consciousness.
