Mark Matousek

Mark Matousek, MA, is an author, teacher, and creator of The Seekers Forum, a community dedicated to self-inquiry through writing and dialogue. He worked as a journalist and magazine editor before immersing himself in psychology, religion, and spiritual seeking in the mid-1980s. Mark is also the founder of V-Men, the men's arm of Eve Ensler's V-Day, which aims to end violence against women and girls.
