Original Nature

In Original Nature, writer and Zen teacher Henry Shukman offers six 30-minute guided meditations that help us “sit with, be with, and investigate more deeply what it is to be aware.”

Henry uses visualization, inquiry, koans, body-scanning, and other techniques to explore the nature of awakening itself.
