In-App Retreat

In Waking Up's first in-app retreat, you'll be able to engage in a half-day of practice and contemplation. Originally released on November 5, 2022, you can now complete the retreat whenever convenient for you.

The retreat features sitting, walking, and mirror-based sessions, along with a talk. You can practice walking meditations anywhere, including in a room with limited space. And, if you don't have access to a mirror, simply use your phone's camera app in portrait mode.

The retreat is designed to be done all at once, rather than over multiple days, to maximize the potential for depth and insight.
