The Headless Way
In this series, Richard Lang presents the science of the first person—a modern, experiential method of awakening to who you really are. The central question asked in these sessions is: "Who or what are you?" Richard presents the hypothesis that who "you" are from your own point of view is not the same as what you look like to others.
The Headless Way provides a rare opportunity to get curious about how you see yourself and how you interact with the world. Follow along with Richard as he shares short exercises and experiments that will guide your attention to who you really are, from your point of view.
