Observe thoughts and sensations pass through a space with neither limit nor center.
“Feel kindness. Feel acceptance. Feel love. Let it in. Open up to it.”
Notice feelings, however faint, of acceptance. Let them expand to encompass what’s hard.
With each breath, feel your body becoming cloudlike: edgeless, shimmering, boundless.
“Awakeness itself is this moving, vibrating, scintillating fountain of thought.”
All of experience blows freely through a great vastness. Rest as that vastness.
Visualize a bright star. Take in wisdom and healing. Send out comfort and safety.
When attention tightens around experience, making it feel separate and heavy—just let go.
